MIDDLEBURY — An international delegation of executive-level chefs made a stop in Elkhart County on Monday afternoon. The stop was part of a USA Poultry and Egg Export Council reverse trade mission that visited various poultry and egg companies across Indiana, including Culver Duck and Maple Leaf Farms in Milford. The visitors were in the Hoosier State for the World Food Championships that were held last weekend in Indianapolis.
