Culver Duck Farms was featured in a recent segment previewing the World Food Championships, returning to Indianapolis October 15–18. In the interview, Chef Suzanne Greer, a culinary teacher at Center Grove High School and a returning competitor, shared how Culver Duck helped power her team’s winning entry in the Ivy Tech mystery basket challenge. Working with duck supplied by Culver Duck, who sponsored the competition, she and her student rendered duck fat and used it to create a gluten-free dessert, noting that it gives baked goods a richer flavor with more depth than vegetable oil.
