Easy Smoked Duck Jumbalaya Recipe

- 1 Box of Zatarans Jambalaya Rice Mix
- Water
Directions
Sear duck in skillet skin side down until golden brown and some of the rendered fat is in bottom of the skillet.
Empty small box of Zatarans Jambalaya rice mix & water with the seared duck and follow instructions on box.
