Cook Time: 4 minutes

Duck Brats
Grill duck sausages on gas or charcoal grill over medium heat about two minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.

To Serve
Serve on hotdog bun, crusty roll, or sub roll. Spice up with mayo with cajun seasoning or Creole mustard.

Serve with Waffle Fries.
